Seahorses: Majestic? or Yummy?

Facts (that I read on the Internet) about Seahorses:

They are, basically, fish. There are 34 or 35 different species of them. They are masters of camouflage and their eyes can move independent of each other. Seahorses don't have a mouth or stomach; they suck their food in through their snout. They are fairly sedentary, but 'hunt' often by sucking up anything small enough that floats or swims by. They tend to be monogamous, unless held in captivity with other seahorses (could this be our society's problem as well?). The males give birth, having hundreds to over a thousand baby seahorses in their lifetime (all of which are left to sink or swim - no coddling allowed). Next to the crab, the human being is probably the seahorse's greatest predator.

(This is actually a picture of a pygmy seahorse, and not a piece of Shrimp Tempura, like I thought).
